Sheikh Mohamed Ismail, one of Somalia’s leading clerics, spoke about the arrest of Abdimalik Muse Coldon, a philanthropist who has been in prison in Somaliland for months.
A recent court ruling in Hargeisa ruled that Coldon was acquitted of all charges and is still in custody.

Sheikh Mohamed spoke about the Abaarso network and Joy Issa, a pastor who caused the arrest of Coldoon.

He also urged Sheikh Coldon to be patient and the world is a test, and he spoke at length about the clerics’ silence on the issue of Abdimalik as a religious obligation.

On the last day of his trial, Coldon made an emotional statement that could be heard by any Muslim. However, it is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
